Objectives:

The primary objective was to increase online sales and brand visibility for Alensa by targeting vision-conscious consumers searching for high-quality contact lenses, eyewear, and eye care products. Through strategic Google Ads campaigns—including Search, Shopping, and Display—we aimed to drive high-intent traffic to the website, boost conversions, and enhance brand awareness across European markets. The campaign successfully delivered strong performance, resulting in a measurable uplift in sales, ROAS, and overall online engagement.


Project Challenges: 

When we took over the Google Ads campaigns for Alensa, the brand was facing significant challenges in a highly saturated online market. Despite a strong product lineup, sales were underperforming, and the cost per acquisition (CPA) was well above target. The existing campaigns lacked precision in targeting and failed to attract high-intent users. With intense competition from established players in the eyewear and contact lens space, our key challenge was to optimize ad performance, lower acquisition costs, and significantly improve return on ad spend.
